Woodland Park Rehabilitation and Care Center is a skilled nursing facility providing compassionate and exceptional, quality care. Our short-term rehabilitation unit, Royal Grove, offers multiple clinical services. Treatment plans help patients gain the skills necessary to successfully transition home, following medical treatment. Patients benefit from physical therapy and occupational therapy sessions, seven days a week.  For more medically complex patients, our Meadow Advance Care (MAC) unit offers intensive, skilled nursing and ventilator/tracheotomy care services. The MAC unit has received national recognition for Quality Respiratory Care, from the American Association for Respiratory Care. Woodland Park staff includes a full-time nurse practitioner, wound specialist and a social work team, led by a licensed clinical social worker.
