Located in the scenic Holladay area within the Salt Lake Valley, our facility offers the benefit of an inviting, home-like setting. No sterile, hospital feeling will be found at our warm and quaint location. Instead, you'll be welcomed with beautiful courtyards, the peaceful sounds of the Cottonwood Creek on which we border, and a quiet setting tucked inside a residential neighborhood.

At Willow Wood, our small facility of 71 rooms, allows us to provide a more personalized approach to the care to our residents. Here, we're a family, where we get to know one another and work together toward excellence and respect.
