Schuyler Hollingsworth: Mr. Hollingsworth was appointed Vice President and Treasurer for Avalon Health Care, Inc. in 2004. He has more than 20 years of expertise in debt and cash management, real estate financings, securitizations, mergers and acquisitions. He has been instrumental in accessing working capital, acquisition, bridge and permanent financings to provide for all funding commitments.
Before coming to Avalon, Mr. Hollingsworth was Senior Vice President and Treasurer for Beverly Enterprises Inc. from 1985 - 2002. He was responsible for treasury, investments, cash and debt management, relationships with commercial banks, investment banks and rating agencies. He actively participated in acquisitions, due diligence, investor relations, real estate portfolio management and construction.
Mr. Hollingsworth was Vice President and Assistant to the Manager of Risk Management at the Crocker National Bank from 1984-1985.
