Richfield Care Center provides quality nursing care and apply it with courtesy and compassion. Residents are our first priority and we are committed to meet the physical and emotional needs of each individual in our care. We offer a continuum of services to anticipate and meet the individual needs of each resident. We specialize in short-term rehabilitation services, long-term care and memory care services.

We are conveniently located next to the Sevier Valley Medical Center and the Sevier Valley Dialysis Center. Our spacious 70 beds are certified for Medicare, Medicaid and private pay.
