Nestled in the beautiful foothills of the Mother Lode, Mark Twain Convalescent is a 99 bed skilled nursing facility with a warm, homey atmosphere.  In the town of San Andreas, we are conveniently located behind Mark Twain St. Joseph’s Hospital with close proximity to the Senior Center and Highway 49.  Specializing in short-term rehabilitation and nursing care, our friendly staff will make you feel comfortable and capable as you strengthen and recover.  We offer years of experience, a heart for healing, and an array of services to meet your individual needs.
