Lori Holland: Ms. Holland was appointed the Director of Dietary for Avalon Health Care, Inc. in 2000. She oversees all aspects of Dietary Departments in thirty-four care facilities across five states. She integrates her clinical nutrition expertise with an appreciation for the central role diets play in the wellbeing of individuals.
Ms. Holland has twenty years of industry experience. She has worked as an educator and consultant in an effort to improve the health and diets of clients young and old. Prior to assuming her present position, Ms. Holland was a Regional Dietician from 1997-2000 with Integrated Health Services and HealthSouth.
Ms. Holland was the Assistant Director of Child Nutrition Programs for the Anoka-Hennepin School District from 1988-1993 where she researched and developed diets, promoted nutrition programs and directed standards for food production.
