Ms. Jiang serves as our Vice President of Business Development. Ms. Jiang joined Avalon in January, 2009, and has been responsible for our research activities in China to date, the initial development of our business plans for our senior and post-acute health care operations, and our pre-development discussions with potential strategic partners. Ms. Jiang speaks and reads Mandarin Chinese. Between 2006 and 2009, Ms. Jiang worked with Coldwell Banker Real Estate in Utah, specializing in real estate investment transactions including commercial, residential, businesses and multi-unit. Between 2006 and 2008, her team successfully closed over 500 transactions—mostly targeting domestic and international Chinese investors—and ranked among the top 1% of producer teams internationally with Coldwell Banker. Her team won numerous awards during that time for their production achievements, such as #1 Producing Team in Utah (2006-2008), #5 Top Producing Team Nationally and International President’s Premier Team. She also has experience in developing, owning, and operating retail and wholesale business in the fashion industry as well as the restaurant industry in Chinese markets of the United States. Ms. Jiang is a licensed real estate consultant in Utah and is on the National and Salt Lake Board of Realtors. She She graduated from the University of Utah in 2006 with a Bachelors of Science in finance and marketing.
