Lewis Garrett: Mr. Garrett is Avalon Health Care, Inc.'s co-founder and former Chief Operating Officer. He retired from the company in 1999, but continues to provide direction and support as a member of the Board of Directors. He is driven to provide customers with a superior standard of care and puts people before profits.
He came to the health services industry with a strong management background. As a Lieutenant-Colonel in the United States Air Force, he served as Chief of Programs at Hill Air Force Base, Director of Operations, Maintenance and Programs at Alaskan Air Command Headquarters, and Chief of Ground Training Division at Sembach Air Base in Germany. Mr. Garrett oversaw annual expenditures exceeding 39 million dollars. He has more than eighteen years of experience in the long-term care industry and is committed to the highest standard of care in the region.
