Hy-Lond Health Care Center - Modesto is noted for our homelike atmosphere, quality care, and friendly staff.  We offer Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies with Brighton Rehabilitation, located on site. We also offer excellent skin and wound care.  For long term care residents, we provide care to maintain a high quality of life, complete with organized activities and outings. Hy-Lond Health Care Center provides an on site training center for LVN's and CNA's. We have 9 sister Avalon facilities located within a 75 mile radius.
