Avalon's home and community care options are designed to meet the changing needs of seniors and their families. Often families don't have the training or ability to provide the necessary care for loved ones. Institutional care is not always the right answer. Avalon can find the solution. We coordinate with seniors and their families to provide services that support independent living. Elderly Americans are a large and growing part of our communities. We know many of them prefer the freedom and flexibility of home and community-based services.

                This integrated approach allows us to identify the necessary services for each individual and find the best way to meet those needs with available community resources. We develop personalized plans for seniors that provide required assistance without losing the support networks of home and family.
