Gary Hart: Mr. Hart was named Vice President of Human Resources for Avalon Health Care, Inc. in 2003. He joined the Board of Directors in 2001. Prior to assuming these positions, Mr. Hart was Vice President of Human Resources for Intermountain Health Care Inc. from 1985-2000. He has more than 35 years of management expertise, including H.R. planning, organizational development and clinical specialty education.
From 1980-1985 he was Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for Delta US Corporation where he developed a strategic planning process and implemented a company-wide morale assessment and action program. He was Vice President of Human Resources for the Louisiana Land and Exploration Company between 1978 and 1980, Human Resources Manager at IBM Corporation from 1968-1978 and a Visiting Professor of Organizational Behavior at Brigham Young University.
