Denis R. Morrill

Mr. Morrill was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Counsel for Avalon Health Care, Inc. in 2006. He brings expertise in the areas of Real Estate and Commercial Transactions, Real Estate Law, Planning and Zoning, Commercial Law, Financial Institutions (transactions law), and Water Law to the company.

He was listed in Naifeh and Smith's The Best Lawyers in America, 1991-2005 Editions. He practiced law at the firm of Prince, Yeates & Geldzahler from 1967-1993. He practiced at the firm of Kirton & McConkie from 1996-2004.
