Avalon is a group of related companies that provide health care and ancillary services in Utah, Arizona, California, Washington, and Hawaii. We strive to provide the highest quality care across a wide range of services. Avalon Health Care Inc., is a privately owned Utah holding company. It is not a publicly traded company. Most of its subsidiaries are Utah and Washington limited liability companies.

One group of subsidiaries owns or leases skilled nursing facilities in the five states. Another group operates the facilities. A third subsidiary group provides management services to the operators. A fourth group oversees Hospice Services in Utah, California, Hawaii, Washington and Arizona. Related companies provide therapy and rehabilitation services.

Independent auditors who report to the Board of Directors audit Avalon Health Care, Inc. annually. The Board has committees that oversee the various ancillary services.

Avalon is committed to quality care and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Our Corporate Compliance Plan forms the basis of all of Avalon related companies' compliance polices and procedures and is administered by an experienced compliance officer trained in healthcare and law.

Pre-qualified financial institutions or regulators may request access and a password to our "Secure Area" containing relevant information pertinent to Avalon Health Care, Inc.
