This is with much gratitude, that my sister and I write this letter to Avalon Care Center – Chowchilla and its entire staff. When our sister took a turn for the worse my brother and I wanted to spend every moment we could with our sister. During our six day stay, the nurses and aids and helpers worked tirelessly day by day taking care of our sister’s needs as well as all the other patients in the facility. Lillian’s medication and physical care was always in a timely manner. We will never forget the kindness towards us. Words are not enough to thank all of you for your thoughtfulness and comfort demonstrated to us during our stay with you during this difficult time. The dedication and professionalism at Avalon Care Center – Chowchilla, is second to none! May God bless all of you and continue to aid you in your nurturing work.

Thank You in the name of our loving sister, Lillian Rivera
With Sincerity and Love
