Chandler Health Care is located in the heart of beautiful Chandler, Arizona. Our attractive care center encapsulates a beautiful interior courtyard boasting a grand fountain as its centerpiece. Chandler Health Care is known in our community for providing quality health care services. Our short-term rehabilitation is second to none! We specialize in short term rehabilitation services for those seeking transitional care from an acute medical facility to home. Our staff is compassionate and dedicated to the care of each resident we serve.    

Residents are our first priority and we strive to meet the physical and emotional needs of each individual in our care.  We offer a continuum of services to address the individual needs of each resident.  No two people are the same.  Providing just the right amount of support and care is important.  Our comfortable surroundings and personalized care allow individuals and their families to feel at home while they are away from home.

Our 120 bed Care Center has a designated 60 bed Medicare rehab unit and a 60 bed long term care unit. Whether short-term or long-term care is needed, skilled nursing services at Chandler Health Care are designed to promote comfort, security and a feeling of belonging.  Our room accommodations are spacious and tastefully decorated and include individual climate controls, individual colored TV in every room with cable, and telephones at bedside in our rehab unit.
