Carl Tippets

Mr. Tippets was elected to Avalon Health Care's Board of Directors in 2007. He brings more than 35 years of construction and development expertise to the company.

He is currently President of Pentalon Construction, a multi-million dollar firm responsible for commercial, residential, municipal and retail developments. He specializes in new project implementation, project and procedure management and pre-construction services. Before founding Pentalon in 1993, Mr. Tippets gained a comprehensive range of industry experience as a builder, contractor, project superintendent and manager.

He maintains General Contractor Licenses in Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Washington and Wyoming. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Associated Builders & Contractors Association, both locally and nationally.
