Barbara Lillemon: Ms. Lillemon was named Vice President of Marketing for Avalon Health Care, Inc. in August of 2007. She brings a history of long-term care marketing expertise to the company. She has successfully defined potential markets, and developed business plans, branding initiatives, and strategies to maximize revenue sources.
Her record of strategic planning and innovation contributed to multi-million dollar revenue growth through targeted marketing and census development initiatives. Before joining Avalon, Ms. Lillemon was Director of Marketing at Horizon West HealthCare where she was responsible for marketing teams and outcomes in Utah and California.
She managed the product development process, and also integrated standardized operating and administrative systems to deliver consistently excellent customer service. She served as Admissions and Marketing Coordinator for North American Healthcare between 1996 and 2004.
