Coordinates the auditing of nursing documentation as needed to assure nursing notes and flow sheets are completed and reflect the skilled services needs denoted by the RUG classification are on the Medicare care plan.

-A valid CA RN license is required. 

-At least one year of experience as a RN in a LTC/SNF setting is required.
